Unique ability	Vince's quills are laced with a natural venom. His whip has been customized to use the tips for that added toxic sting.
Carried items	A whip with the capability to switch between three settings. Those being 'Normal', 'Poison-Quilled', and 'Taser Tip'. No two settings can be used at the same time. A secondary weapon hidden under his jacket - A compact automatic handgun loaded with custom-made, toxin-doped cartridges.
Ability Ratings
Speed	Vince can hit up a good 100MPH without much of a problem. Of course, minus his flowing overcoat, the max speed can increase with a bit of effort.
Agility	He can sprint at a moment's notice, and he can achieve a sweet bit of height in a single leap. His evasiveness is also somewhat higher than normal. Can't really expect him any fancy tricks up walls or anything like that from him, though. But if he can make it flashy, he will try.
Strength	He could probably land a solid punch, but it probably wouldn't do him much good in the long run of a fight. His poisonous arsenal makes up for his lack of strength.
Stamina	He can party all night, and keep himself steady enough to handle that very important business deal in the morning. He hardly sleeps at all, if only because he knows he's capable enough to get away with it.
Toughness	Hidden beneath his classy garments, the porcupine dons a bullet-proof vest, if only because his usual dealings underground make such a thing a necessity. Aside from that, he himself is built a bit tougher than usual underneath it all due to a semi-regular workout regimen. Light pains and punches hardly phase him, though, too much wear and tear over time can change that.

General Info

To the outside observor, Vince is fun-loving, outgoing, and has a taste for interacting with the general public. Always smiling, and never seen with a frown on his face, the porcupine seems to have a knack for infecting others with his positive nature. He will always go out of his way for another being, and never hesitates to offer his help to those around him. The regulars who attend his events and get-togethers are well-informed of his desire to make everyone happy.

... of course, this is what he appears to be on the outside. In truth, Vince could hardly give a hedgehog's bum about anyone else aside from himself. In his mind, he's the one who matters the most, and by playing host to his many celebrations held within his own establishments, he fulfills his desire to become everyone -else's- important figure, as well. Behind the scenes, he enjoys using what manipulative skills he has to dig up incriminating details and factoids to blackmail other well-known names in his favor, mostly to counteract someone who had wronged him, but sometimes to tilt the spotlight towards himself as well.

Vince is a rich somebody who resides in the center of the key casino districts in Casino Night. He is the owner of a couple of the finest facilities in the area, and he makes sure that everybody knows who he is, mostly through parties and celebrations which he hosts for his regulars on an almost-nightly basis. His casinos tend to be even more flashy and extravagant than most others, an effort to show off just how extremely wealthy he really is. His establishments tend to hold a crowd to the point of bursting, although it's almost rare to find the gambler that even so much as hits a small win. For some reason, there's just some unseen force that compels them all to come back, time and time again, be it his celebrations, his own outside charming persona, or... something else...

Underground, he has held quite a reputation for himself amongst most of the other criminals in the area. If he needs someone's reputation to go under -- or even just some one to -- he hardly has to lift a finger to make it happen. Also, given the financial success of his casinos, Vince plays a part-time loan shark, and gives out temporary cash prizes to those desperate for funds. Most who do not wish to go through the hoops of paperwork and legal proceedings will usually follow the trail of Vince's underground alias, and locate him in that manner, most of the time just seeking easy funds to blow on gambling. Those who repay their debt, with the provided interest, generally get off scot-free. Obviously, those who fail to do so in time are swiftly taken care of at Vince's own disposal.

Ability Info

Vince isn't too amazingly powerful on his own, and a lifetime of grooming and pampering have left his quills far too relaxed to be of any real defensive use. However, he is pretty fast, and is rather quick with his own personal weapon, one that eventually formulated his nickname amongst his criminal peers, as well as those who came to fear him. The porcupine utilizes a long, sturdy whip, one that has been modified to his personal liking -- The handle is equipped with a twisting knob on the bottom, and a switch where his thumb is normally placed. The twisting end, once used, releases several venomous spines at the receiving end of his weapon, and the switch causes the whip's end to flow with electricity, delivering a taser-quality shock to the unfortunate victim. The venom itself isn't deadly, although the effects are still pretty nasty, causing severe bouts of pain anywhere from one to several hours, depending on the target's own durability, as well as the severity of the poisoning itself. The electricity is actually powered by a chaos drive within the whip's handle, and neither of the functions can be used at the same time.

Though he has only been seen using a single whip during his 'visits', it's rumored that he has another whip stored somewhere, one that has been modified differently than the former.

He harbors a mysterious gift of hypnosis. Not the kind that would, say, force someone to hop out of a five-story window at the snap of a finger, but rather, just subtle enough of an ability to subconsciously sway a person's opinion in his favor. The venom that saturates his quill tips excrete a very, very mild scent that, once inhaled, can impair someone's judgment, just slightly - that is to say, enough so that somebody like Vince suddenly becomes quite interesting to listen to. Perfect for securing deals with businesses willing to speak privately with him in the first place, or to, say, swing the public eye to his obvious greatness... Although, if someone has the will or the strength, they will not be afflicted as harshly as others could be.

Amongst the criminal underground, there is a rumor that Vince goes a step further by tainting the food and drink of his casinos to make the place that much more welcoming to the regularly visiting public, though lack of evidence provided leaves the theory shrouded in mystery.
