Agility	Capable of a little over 30MPH, just on account of his stride. His raw muscularity allows him to overcome his massiveness, and be an excellent climber and good swimmer. (Not a fast swimmer, but a powerful one.) However, he's super heavy, about as flexible as an iron girder, and completely anti-acrobatic.
Strength	Utterly colossal upper-body power—Former champion bodybuilder and weightlifter. There are more vehicles out there that he can carry, but can't carry him.
Toughness	He is a trained combatant and a hulk of a man with rippling-thick muscles and a skeleton that might as well be made of steel. In addition, he wears a flexible bullet-resistant vest under his clothing. He isn't flexible and won't be rolling with any punches, though.
Energy	He's in shape, but not at his peak condition. Sprinting quickly puts a stitch in his side, but lifting things doesn't really wind him.

General Info

Stern, upright, powerful, and imposing, Irwin Towers is truly a pillar of strength and fortitude, both physically and mentally. Articulate and firm-spoken, he isn't afraid to command both the attention and actions of a room. Leadership comes naturally to him, and true to his appearance, he readily assumes the role of "top dog" whenever and wherever necessary.

His résumé stretches to include everything from bodybuilding (world champion at retirement) to weightlifting (same status there), and even wrestling (though his time spent as "The Tower of Terror" was somewhat less lucrative than his bodybuilding and weightlifting careers). Beyond that, he's served in the military and (obviously) gotten involved in politics. He has a reputation as a very ethics-oriented individual who is forthright about his actions and decisions—Even the wrong ones, for which he makes no excuses.

Therein this obsessive professionalism lies his one quirk, really: His focus and devotion to his work tends to drive his entire life, so he seldom has much in the way of a social life, and often gets carried away trying to achieve his professional objectives. This may be desirable in a president, but, frankly, he's always been that way. He micromanages to such an extreme that he can sometimes lose sight of the big picture, and thus, despite being a very logical thinker, he's prone to occasionally overlooking obvious problems and consequences. As such, he tends to rely heavily on wise counsel, and is a strong believer in true democracy in decision-making.

As for leisure time behavior... he's a kind of free-spirited stick-in-the-mud, so to speak. He loves sunbathing on the beach and playing various sports, and touts himself as a "cruiser" who enjoys long drives in his convertible, but he does it all with an almost corny, unfitting air of looseness, awkwardly employing slang more than a couple of decades out of date without apprehension, and blasting music just as old at any given opportunity. Sadly, his uptight, professional air is just stuck onto his personality like glue.

Power, power, and more power—Towers an inflexible girder of strength. It is said that he may literally be the strongest man in the world (barring maybe one unknown out there nobody's ever heard of), with the highest known body mass for his height and build, and the ability to lift several times his immense weight. That said, his endurance and running speed are average at best, and since retiring from his bodybuilding career, he has put on just a touch of weight. So, combined with his sheer muscle mass, he just isn't flexible or maneuverable at all. He literally cannot perform toe-touches or anything remotely resembling gymnastics or acrobatics. He isn't too quick on his feet, either, and doesn't have much of a tolerance for long runs anymore. Despite his many shortcomings, however, he's probably one of the most terrifying individuals on the planet to pick a fight with. Though his travel speed is slow, the sheer power of his muscular arms and trunk enable him to execute strikes and blocks with blinding speed and unrivaled reach, and his gigantic hands can grip with pressure beyond that of some of the most powerful sumo wrestlers. It's been estimated that he can literally crush a skull between his thumb and forefinger, though there's no word on whether or not he's tried...
