Issues

Pardon me, but what did you do to this character between the concept you submitted and this finished profile? If even half of this had been in what you posted on the forums, this wiki page would not even be started yet. We said to feel free to add and take away from the info, but that was in good faith on common sense that you'd just tweak it up, not go bonkers with it and make Zach into some Naruto character.

• "While he was still a-crawling, his parents suffered a series of unfortunate events - they were both killed in battle, his mother first, his father a little afterwards."
  • Seriously? You're using the "my parents were killed" cliche now? Parents killed in battle at idyllic Green Hill? By whom? Don't say Eggman.
    • (Also, please use normal paragraphs and not bulleted lists your general info and ability info.)
• "Wind of Flame - After a jump and while momentarily in midair, Zach spins his tail in a circular motion, conjuring up fire and wind. This is both a long and close range attack. In both ranges, a blazing flame rapidly soars toward the enemy, killing weak characters and those vulnerable to fire, and temporarily knock out average characters. Unfortunately, this attack does little to no damage to large, bulky characters (unless they are vulnerable to fire). Also, for close range, ashes can get trapped in the eyes and smoke can cause respiratory problems."
  • Where the heck did this Naruto business come from? When you submitted this character, there was absolutely no mention of him being an airbending pyrokinetic, and that's kind of a big detail to leave out. His app even said: "So far as to say, he does not have any "special" powers." There's no justification or explanation provided for his magic powers (even Blaze has the explanation of her connection to the Sol Emeralds and status as their guardian), and, on top of that, you have no right to say that anything your character is able to do definitively, universally "kills" or "knocks out" anyone, ever. Godmoding superpower stuff is not going to fly here.
• "He's not too tough, but not very frail either."
  • His current toughness rating is just a half star below Knuckles. You've made him pretty damn tough. Please don't try to downplay it.

We're not running a dark anime story about feudal Japan. This is not a deviantART RP, nor is it a thread on GaiaOnline. If I seem rude, then honestly, it's because I'm a little put off by the notion that anyone would actually be nervey enough to submit something fairly unobjectionable to get into the RP, then once their foot's in the door, try to slip outrageous stuff like this past us in the wiki stage of making a character—after we've already wasted time reviewing what is essentially a completely different character and setting everything up.

Alright, I'm done. I'm more irked by this than I'd like to admit, being that it's just a character in an RP, so I'm taking myself out of this situation. If you're going to actually try to fix this, I'm going to leave it to a different admin to review it next time. You won't have to deal with me on this one anymore. Later.
