Star ratings

Strength and toughness stars seem spot on for their descriptions, so good job there. Agility and energy are a little off, though, so we took the liberty of adjusting them.

Agility stars you listed: 8

Description you gave: Ability info says he does 65MPH (+2 stars). His speedboat-like ability in the water is mentioned (+2 stars). Nothing is mentioned for his "quickness" (that is, how fast he accelerates), so it is assumed to be normal (+0.5 stars).

Actual agility star total based on your description: 4.5

Energy stars you listed: 4.5

Description you gave: Good recovery (+0.5 stars), run for hours (+4 stars), can use chaos energy with effort (+1 star)

Actual energy star total: 5.5 stars

This isn't a big deal. I'm just going to bump your total up. However, for the record, "Chaos Control" is usually understood by many to refer to teleportation (which is a restricted skill here), so I'm taking the liberty of adjusting your phrasing to make sure there is no confusion.

This section is very short, but, it doesn't really harm anyone but you, because it serves to limit your character. That is to say, what you have written is what you get, and once this is stamped, you can't add any additional abilities or skills without getting approval from the group in the character center forum.
