Agility	Fast on her feet, and faster yet in the air. It's hard to say what her speed is precisely, but she keeps up with Knuckles (or perhaps keeps a step ahead of him). She can fly, she's highly acrobatic/aerobatic, quick on her feet, can climb sheer walls, dig through obstacles and the ground with her powerful legs and metal heels... She gets around without any problems.
Strength	With her extreme leg strength removed from the equation, there's not much worth mentioning.
Toughness	Athletic and flexible, and a very skillful fighter.

General Info

She's bright, busty, bombastic and larger than whatever surreal life of a glamor magazine she was plucked from. Exquisitely manicured, primped, powdered and done up, she is a force of, apparently, everything that womanhood should be in a man's wildest fantasies. That said, she's either a hollow shell of a person, or the most self-contained, fully confident, emotionally sound, and above all devious chameleon in the world, ever.

Outside of her innuendos, thigh-high boots and endless, merciless pursuit for beautiful gems, there isn't much to be said about her personality. As far as anyone can tell, she is shallow and feminine to a tee, and is consumed with nothing except the size in carats of whatever gem she can lay her hands on. At the same time, however, she is also intelligent as a razor and oddly sometimes capable of huge depths of compassion. She has pulled off heists to a perfection almost equivalent to the movement of a swiss watch (a comparison hindered only by the fact that no-one on South Island, or indeed on the entire planet, has heard of Switzerland). She's even a disciplined gymnast capable of exacting physical feats.

There are constant hints like these at a much deeper individual hidden somewhere beneath the façade, but these are only ever revealed seemingly by accident or necessity. The fact of the matter is that Rouge is simply not available—To anyone. She may seem to have a soft spot for a certain echidna or hedgehog from time to time (which one is as good of a guess as any), but as of yet, she's never once opened up to anyone, nor has she made any appearance of being affected in any way.
