Speed	Usually somewhere around 70-80 MPH. On a very good day, he might be able to push up against the triple digits briefly.
Agility	Decently agile; good at jumping and climbing, able to move from a standstill to dodging or running very quickly.
Strength	Honed by physical conditioning; good, but his lifting ability isn't particularly noteworthy. He can throw a mean punch, though.

Toughness	Tougher than his appearance would suggest; shield drones and physical conditioning combined with getting hit a hell of a lot has made him more than capable of taking a punch.

General Info

Rekk tries to keep his life neatly separated into two distinct areas; on the job, and not on the job. When not on the job, he's a kind, compassionate guy, quick to help but slow to anger. He dislikes confrontation of pretty much any kind, and will always be the type to try and mediate or dissuade conflict when tempers start to flare. However, someone as set in his ideas of right and wrong as Rekk knows that even if he doesn't want to, not fighting when necessary is hardly practical.

If you met him while he was working, you'd probably never guess what kind of person he is otherwise - perhaps out of some desire to prove that his age doesn't impair his usefulness, he tries to project himself as the model of efficiency and dedication. Usually only willing to give as much time as he has to, he's blunt and to the point. That's not to say he's a jerk or anything - a little callous, but it's all for the sake of getting the job done and getting it done right. This becomes clearer if you've ever seen him talk about his boss, President Towers. With how much he unabashedly respects the man, it's unsurprising that he does his best to live up to the faith that's been put into him with the position he has.

Ability Info

Lots of experience and physical conditioning have made Rekk able to handle himself quite ably. He can run pretty fast, he knows how to throw a punch, fire a gun, all that stuff. He's even capable of using rings to defend himself. He's not the fastest or the strongest, but his defenses are where he makes the difference. He knows how to dodge and how to take a punch. Add on to this a knowledge of how to use rings and their shielding abilities and he can keep going a lot longer than most people can.

Rekk's weapon of choice is a mace with an emitter (the "hilt"), an extending rod, and a cap at the end, with the "beam" that makes up most of the weapon forming between the cap and the emitter once activated. It functions much the same way as a Chaos Energy Beam. Being hit by it, depending on how direct the hit is, results in varying degrees of shock and repulsion. He refers to the mace as "General Blue", apparently because of its color.

He also commands two drones, "Minimal Distance Field Generator" and "Long Distance Field Generator", or, as he prefers to call them, 'Mi' and 'Lo' (he insists he just does this to save time). The two are capable of generating fields made of CE for a wide variety of purposes. As their names suggest, Mi is capable of generating fields that cover short distances but are stronger and easier to maintain, whereas Lo can create fields that cover longer distances (even fields containing multiple people), with the tradeoff of them being not as tough as Mi's, though by no means does that make them weak. The two are also capable of coordinating themselves to create a single large shield in tandem.

Alone or together, the two have several specialties - shielding Rekk, shielding bystanders, containing people to stop them from getting away, and their personal favorite, containing Rekk and someone else so they can't get away while Rekk beats the stuffing out of them. Both drones are sentient and apparently have an internal makeup similar to that of a Capsule Trooper (although, at Rekk's insistence, both of them are shielded against EMPs - he's never explained why he had this demand, but it was implemented nonetheless), but they believe themselves to be just a little above a Capsule Trooper for one reason - they can hover. They don't make a big deal about it, though. It's unprofessional.

• Likes: As someone who for relaxation time is a bit of a precious commodity, Rekk finds it where he can - he's fond of strategy games and long drives in his (awesome government-issued) car. He also seems to spend a lot of his time off the job helping the First Lady, Beth Towers.
• Dislikes: Rekk has very little patience for those who are condescending, rude, reckless, stupid or are unable to respect authority. He's aware of the hypocrisy of that, given his two best friends.

• Other Trivia:
  • Despite giving no indication of being a baseball fan, Rekk recently started watching Spring City Conquistadors games. If one bothered to check, they'd find out this only started after they signed Rick Wilder to their team.
  • Rekk is very protective of his car. He has a few ironclad rules for anyone who rides in it, one of them being no food or beverage outside of a proper container. He's thrown people out for messing up his seats. He always apologizes later, though.
