Ability Ratings
Agility	Not quite a slouch when it comes to speed, but definitely not even notable considering his company. Tops out around 60-65MPH. Completely average as far as acrobatics or acceleration goes. Nothing notable in any way. This all changes when his pack is activated, allowing him to move in any direction with acceleration unmatched by most high-end sports cars, he can rocket to short bursts of speed up to 500MPH. Not that this helps much in fights as both his arms have to be used to even guide himself.
Strength	Again completely normal. No real advantages in this department.
Toughness	A normal, healthy individual capable of taking a few hits from a similarly built being. His constant treks at high speeds and numerous exposures to self-made explosions have toughened him against pain quite considerably. Being reptilian in nature, though, he will shut down quite severely in any kind of cold climes.
Energy	Able to work or fly through the air late into the night, all but ignoring the pressing forces against him, the cutting wind, and all that other hullabaloo. His stamina when not pursuing altitude-based SCIENCE! is, however, a bit lacking. A sprint of anything longer than a minute will tucker him out severely.

General Info

Randall is pretty darn smart, and he'll be the first to tell you so. Graduating near the top of his class from South Island U, coasting by on his incredible strengths for math and engineering, he has given him a somewhat undue opinion of himself and his capabilities. He is indeed very intelligent, especially when it comes to engineering and building. His knowledge of the actual underlying mechanics of some of the things he builds may not always be totally solid, but you'll be hard-pressed to get him to own up to that fact.

He is incredibly passionate about his equipment and his projects, especially his telltale Jetpack. Randall becomes incredibly possessive and protective of the inanimate equipment if he perceive's a threat to it's safety or to his possession of it. (Which is to say, when most people ask to touch it.)

He has a sorry knack for becoming disinterested in other people very quickly, to the point of ignoring them entirely after enough time. His short attention span for people is not intentional, and most certainly not mean-spirited. He's just really not a people-person.

Ability Info

In a word, Jet-pack.

Randall's speed and strength and skill in battle are all basically bog standard for someone of his build. He can throw a decent punch and tops out at a max speed of approximately 60 MPH on land. His true shine is in the large mechanical device on his back.

The device appears to be a large rectangular square backpack, attached to Randall's body by straps around his shoulders. A small switch on one of the straps causes two arms to detach from the backpack and swing around, looking into place just below either of Randal's arms, each one with a joy-stick that he uses to control the thing.

The Jet-pack is started by pulling a small rip-cord on the side of the pack, which starts up the Chaos-Drive-Based engine. When engaged, the jet-pack can move Randall in any direction at a top speed of 200 MPH, though is handling suffers and turning becomes difficult at anything above 100.

The device has a secondary cell of extremely potent Jet Fuel that can be engaged with the push of a small lever on the left joystick. This results in a sudden burst in speed of an extra 100 to 300 miles per hour(resulting in a theoretical top speed of 500 MPH if going full throttle and engaging all of his boost.) The anachronistic combustion technology in play here is very prone to accident and malfunction, usually resulting in tragic crashes and injury if engaged.

It should also be noted that the speed boost offered by the fuel can only last for somewhere in the neighborhood of ten seconds when fully opened up.
