General Info
Sheffer is a kind-hearted individual who will be friendly with mostly anyone he'll meet. Along with this comes a great caring for friends and loved ones, and will help them in any way when necessary. On the other hand, anyone who manages to get on his bad side will receive the opposite treatment, mostly in an uncaring way.
Typically, Sheffer can be an insightful person in most situations, and has a good amount of common sense and logic on his side. On the negative side though, he has quite a short temper at times, added on with some slight impatience as well. Also, Sheffer can be somewhat laid-back on some moments, doing what he wants, unless it interferes or upsets someone else.

Ability Info
Due to it being his main form of travel, Sheffer is skilled in using Extreme Gear, and has learned a few tricks over the years. He doesn't mind racing others at times, but doesn't treat it like a passion. He will take competitions and any other challenges with a strong competitiveness though, and doesn't appreciate losing.
Of course, with that, he has a good sense of balance, coordination, and awareness. Also, while on foot, he has a good amount of agility and speed, but definitely nothing on super human standards. Sheffer is also a fairly good fighter, capable of holding his own in a brawl if necessary, having a fairly nice amount of strength.
