Ability Ratings (Without Suit)
Agility	Capable of running 90 MPH under normal conditions. Exceptionally agile, thanks in part to gymnastics training; Wild Badge can jump roughly 5 times his height. Also extremely acrobatic, capable of feats including, but not limited to wall-jumps and flips. His swimming is exceptional as well, but he is no fish.
Strength	In great shape. Not nearing super human strength, but still a force to be reckoned with.
Toughness	Hoji is admirably fit, and a trained fighter. Not a juggernaut by any means, but it does take a bit to get him down for the count. Also notably flexible -- not quite a contortionist, but flexible.
Energy	Naturally energetic and quick to recover, Wild Badge can fight or run for quite some time before taking deep breaths. He also has above-average chaos energy potential.
Ability Ratings (With Suit)
Agility	On top of being naturally agile, when in suit, he is able to use bursts of chaos energy to change direction in mid-air. This is used most often when performing his patented 'Wild Kick'.
Strength	His suit augments his strength, giving him the ability to lift compact cars, albeit with some strain.
Toughness	On top of being naturally fit, and stubborn in a fight, he also has the ability to form a barrier with his chaos drives which can absorb a fair amount of impact damage. Must be focused to keep up, however. As such, it is temporary. His suit and helmet also provide a little protection against fire and electricity.
Energy	His suit does nothing to effect his stamina, but it does contain Chaos Drives, further boosting his potential.

General Info

Hoji's an interesting fellow, if not a little bit on the eccentric side. He has a thing for theatrics, often times striking poses, and monologuing to the criminals he intends on arresting, often leaving said criminals speechless. However, he's not so long winded that he lets them get away, of course. At the heart of it, he's very serious about his pursuit of justice and keeping the streets safe for the common critter. And although he bears the badge of the South Island Police Department, his tactics for getting the job done, while not quite bridging the line between good guys and bad guys, can be a bit questionable for those with their nose in the books, so to speak.

Ability Info

Wild Badge is a practiced gymnast, capable of impressive feats of stamina and acrobatics such as wall-jumps, and flips. All of these which he has used on a fairly normal basis in getting around cityscapes. He is also an excellent martial artist, although not due to any formal training. All his combative abilities are self-taught and a bit too flashy to be effective against more serious practitioners. Still, he is pretty crafty and dangerous in close range.

While in costume, he has access to chaos drives embedded in his gloves and boots which he is able to tap into for boosts in strength and defense.
