Unique ability	Trick Arrow -- makes use of a number of unique arrowheads for just about any occasion!
Carried items	Tech Bow - Made of a durable metal that has endured much abuse. Equipped with a barrel that fires CE bolts(His aim is significantly lessened when firing those). Quiver of arrows. Multiple belt pouches containing traveling essentials.
Ability Ratings
Agility	Capable of topping out at 80 MPH at a full sprint with normal gear — 85 MPH when he's not wearing his cloak. A fairly practiced acrobat, capable of impressive leaps, wall-jumps and climbing feats as well as some advanced stuff such as taking shots with his bow while in mid-jump, albeit suffering a penalty to his accuracy.
Strength	Not exactly frail, but also not a specimen of peak physical strength either. Don't expect to see him bench-pressing garbage bins. 150 lbs. would be pushing it for extended periods.
Toughness	Your typical fellow, capable of taking hits like any other joe blow, if not a little bit better. Also extremely flexible, not to the point of being a contortionist, but still notably so.
Energy	Naturally energetic, Archer can sprint or fight(which for him will sometimes also involve running and jumping) for extended periods of time.

General Info

To put it simply, Archer is a thief. His favorite targets are the rich, and he enjoys a good challenge, but he's largely indescriminate about his victims. The only ones he won't touch are children. Aside from his thieving tendencies though, he subscribes to the idea that partners in crime are family. He looks out for his own. All in all, he's a greedy sumbitch, and generally doesn't care about people, except those he works with.

Ability Info

Archer the Buck is a capable fighter, despite having no formal training in anything, and he's won more scuffles than he's lost. But that's not what makes him special. He's an excellent marksman with the bow. Not a perfect shot by any means, but he's pretty darn close. With the proper set-up and focus, he can hit just about any target of any size.

His marksmanship isn't the only thing up his proverbial sleeves, though. He has developed a number of unique arrowheads that perform a variety of functions. These Trick Arrows can range from arrows that create a pool of oil, to arrows that explode in a flash of light to temperarily blind, or even arrowheads that burst open and ensnare it's target in a sturdy net. He seems to have an arrowhead for just about any occasion!
