Haven't increased ratings for Rock in about a year and a half. I think he's pretty much nearing physical apex as a character. I might do one more bump before I consider him absolutely maxed, assuming nothing grievously injurious happens to knock him back down a few pegs again.

Anyway, as a result of uber injuries in chapter 3b that left him with a left arm that didn't even work for a while, Rock's strength was decreased heavily, then left reduced by a halfstar even after he healed up. He's only just now (as of chapter 5) getting back up to full strength again, so I wanna put him back where he was at 7-star strength. Aaand that's all for now.
