Let's not waste one another's time. My impression of you, from your art, to your ideas, to your ability to use forums, is that you are very young, possibly younger than our rules allow. And, for Pete's sake, you submitted your character three times in rapid succession for no reason — once in the discussion area, then twice here, not to mention the two times you posted your other character in the discussion area. Flooding us is not going to help you.
As far as the character goes? You included elemental fire powers without even a mention of why he has them. Blaze already has pyrokinesis. Also, you didn't bother trying to explain why "Pyro" is a sword-wielding warrior in a modern-scifi-futuristic Sonic the Hedgehog RP. There is not enough thought put into this. I've already written more here in this critique than you've written in your entire profile.

Also, you're more likely to get the character accepted if its particular power hasn't been done yet. (At the time of this writing, fire and electricity are already accounted for.)
There are hundreds of easier Sonic RPs to join where you don't have to actually read rules or come up with well-thought-out characters. I suggest you go find one of them.
