Hey guys, could you be praying for my dad and my family? He went in for kidney stones last night, and a CAT scan showed he had an abdominal aneurism that would've killed him an hour later if they hadn't found it and operated right then. They said it was the biggest one they'd ever seen: 8.6 cm wide. It had already burst when they got in there, and that's usually when people die from an aneurism. Somehow, God go him through it, and the surgery went well. He's recovering well, and will be recovering for several weeks, so prayer would be amazing.

I just want to say right now that God is incredible. He had so many chances last night to let my dad pass, and had every right to do so. Instead, He chose to let my father live. From the doctor catching it in time, to the aneurism bursting and it being contained, to the surgery going smoothly, the fact that my dad is living and breathing right now is a downright miracle. Thank you, God.

I'll definitely keep your old man in my prayers. That's so crazy, but I'm glad he's okay. You holdin' up?

Reminds you of how fragile life is—But in a good way, in this case. I bet there's never been anybody more amped to still be lying in a hospital bed than somebody who just narrowly got a second chance, like your dad.
