Well, as you most of you know by now, I'm sick of having a hedgehog with my name. And this is a problem that must be solved.

I guess it would be obvious I'm simply here to ask for any ideas on replacements. I've already been treated many-a-time to the goofiness of "Captain Sparkly" and the like, but I would appreciate of there being some actual seriousness to creating a name. Any suggestion would be nice, and I really don't care if the name is thematic (such as calling him Geoff for the sake of having the nickname Geo) just as long as it isn't too overboard.

I don't really expect many to actually give deep concentrating thought to this, but any sort of suggestion would be appreciated.

...I was gonna say Sharp, but I do like Geo more.

It's your own choice really, but here are a few suggestions if they will help: Aiden, Carter, Logan, Ethan, Dylan, Blake, Caden.
They're nothing unusual but they might work as a replacement for Sheff, though as Greens said Geoff sounds like a good option.

To be honest, Geoff is starting to grow on me just a bit... which would make this topic completely redundant if I do end up going with that.

I do like Geoff. Sounds like a well-meaning name parents will put on a child then the child will harbor a great dislike for it or something.

Chasm? It has more to do with earth than crystal though.

Tried searching up for people who did great finds about the earth, but most of the names aren't fitting.

Alright, well, the final conclusion (for those who don't know yet) has come down to Geoff.

Due to a minor annoyance of never even being able to speak my username with the censors turned on, from this point forward, the name will be used. The past threads will continue to have the name "Sheffer" for the character, but we all know the difference from there to now, so hopefully confusion can be avoided.
