After talking to Tony and making sure it was alright, I decided to pitch this.

After the current thread finishes, would you guys like to take a break from the boxing action and come back to it later? There is a way to justify this in-character, so don't worry about the drop being unexplained; I'm just asking if you'd like to move on from it for a little while, then come back to finish the championship later.

Before I vote, I'd like to know what the alternative is. Like, we would be moving from boxing to... what? Perhaps my vote on the matter shouldn't count for much, anyway, since I haven't been the one writing all the fight posts, and dozens of intro posts, but I don't have a problem with finishing it out.

That being said, my vote depends on the alternatives, because while I don't mind the boxing stuff, there could be something cooler we could be doing.

Just continuing the story in general. See the non-boxing-related story cues already popping up.

After much debili-- debrilitat-- thinking on the subject, I have... decided! Obviously, I can't have cake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! So with that in mind, I say if variety is the food of love, then I'm going to eat lots of the food of love.

I really like the boxing, but man, it gets repetitive after not-too-long.
And some other character-y and story-y stuff would be great, as long as we don't fall off-track entirely with coming back to it. That'd make me sad.

I'm not really able to say take a break from the boxing. Ben and I are still working on our post, so it's not like I'm stuffed yet, so I'm going to say I will happily follow the story where it goes. So it's up to the rest of you fine people.

I didn't even know you guys were still doing the Jabari-Jack fight. By all means, you two go ahead and finish up. Anybody who has the notion, feel totally free to finish any matches you'd like to do for this round. We'll put a temporary end to things after that.

its going so slow, I don't ever see him so we can't ever just shoot posts back and forth. ._. We should be done soon though.

Hm, have to agree with the majority and say go with the intermission. Writing the boxing matches was fun at first, but since I'm one of the guy's with a fair-fighter, I just can't make anything any more interesting then I've already posted. A break would be good.

I agree with the break. It seems it would be fun to focus on the other storylines.
