It pains me to say this, but we're done. Thank you to those who have participated and followed along these many years. We had a lot of fun, and your contributions will be remembered for a long time to come.

Strangers and visitors of the future, please respect what is ours. If there is anything in the form of writing or rules you'd like to borrow for your own RP, please e-mail me on the gmail account "onsoku" for permission. Chances are I'll grant it if you are a nice, intelligent person, and agree to just a few small stipulations regarding proper crediting method. But please, leave our characters alone. All fan-made, original, non-SEGA characters, character art, and concepts remain property of their respective creators. Please show respect and don't try to take any of them for your own use.

I hope that some of us will be able to move on and have some more fun writing hobbies in the future. No matter what, we'll stay in touch, and this group will live on, even if it has nothing to do with RP.

I love you guys. God bless.

As the elevator with the other group quickly slid out of view, Dr. Henshin, everyone's favorite elderly moth (by virtue of being the only one in the cast) came struggling up behind his party, riding his luggage. Yes, riding it. His luggage was self-propelled, and hovered. He was sitting astraddle the overlarge steel box as if it was a proud steed.

He took a deep breath of the outside air, then coughed and hacked for about five seconds straight.

"Hahhhhh...," Doc wheezed. "Nothing like some nice...—" He sniffed. "—ozone, and... sulfur oxide, and... formaldehyde to really spruce up an afternoon." He took two puffs from his inhaler, then spat out his tongue contemptuously. "Someone please lead the way to the hotel before I have a fit."

"Do you really think a bunch of people like you can win at this?" came a... familiar voice from nearby Jack, Sheffer, Mako, and the others—a horribly familiar, young, asinine voice.

The boy, wearing his hoodie and his seven-emblazoned shorts, was standing dramatically (see: self-importantly) atop a nearby lamppost, about twenty feet overhead, arms crossed over his chest, and head cocked just so, for maximum irritation.

"You know they're talking about the hitting people 'til they fall down kind of boxing, not gift-wrapping presents with little bows, and ribbons, and things, right?"

Mako, still lamenting his 'I'm gonna be mugged' outlook, blinked a few times at a too-familiar voice.

And then the shark's jaw clenched so hard that one could almost hear the cartoony metallic screeching of his teeth against eachother, like a rake on a chalkboard and he found himself looking for anything that he could throw at high speeds at their newest arrival, almost without thought.

However, no matter how clenchy his jaw was, he still found the time to complain:

"Ahhhhhhhhghwhy."

Sheffer, on the other hand, made Mako's urge into a reality, what appeared to be a blurred spear of crystal flying straight through the air towards the boy in only a few seconds.

The hedgehog's excited mood had been immediately doused at the brat's appearance, his temper flaring at a record breaking speed. He watched with hopeful and angry eyes as his projectile flew through the air...

The Griffin waited for the group to collect themselves, herding everyone was going to make everything much slower. She noded in response to Sheffs question. Her expression quickly changed with the arrival of her least favorite human.

"Well, if it isn't my new least favorite number." She muttered turning to the boy.

"Leave him be Sheffer." She warned the angry hedgehog who'd already gone to blows. "We don't want to start a fight in an airport."

Then she turned her attention back to the walking irritent. "Get lost," She said in a tone that was more of a warning then anything else. "It's nice to know you're here though. Now we know if you've entered you'll defiantly be cheating and if not you'll be trying to steal the prize. Thanks for the head's up and all, but you can go now."

Jack already assumed most of the contestants would be cheating, but this kid was so infuriating that Jack didn't want to deal with him at all. Target exited the plane with her usual click-ity-clank and examined the human as he arrived and everyone let out a collective groan as it would seem.

"How'd he get through security?" She couldn't help but wonder aloud.

If Hoji has a similar internal reaction as everyone else upon Seven's arrival, it didn't show. He looked at him without expression for a moment as Seven went on to explain things that Hoji felt were obvious(given the reputation of the proprietor), then smiled.

"Man. Nice to see you again... uh...what was your name again? Ah, doesn't matter." He said with a level of enthusiasm that seemed to straddle the line between sarcasm and genuineness(that's a word, right?). "Good thing you clarified that. I don't think it's gonna change our minds, but still. Good to know."

As if it wasn't already pretty well predicted, Seven avoided Sheffer's attack with relative deftness, twisting and bending at the waist. He did put on a little "ooh" kind of face, as if surprised, but it very well may have been entirely sarcastic. It did throw him just barely off balance, but one wouldn't know it by the way he so loosely toppled from the lamppost, grabbed his former perch with his hand, and whirled right back up to where he was as if never disturbed.

"I hadn't considered entering," he mused, tapping his chin with his finger. He seemed to sense Jack was the leader, and addressed her with little regard for the others. "I was more thinking I would just, y'know, take the dumb thing. But now I think I'll wait a little while!" He reaffirmed his words with a brisk nod. Without leaving much room for response, he quickly tacked on an inquiry: "Oh, oh, before you guys start throwin' more stuff at me, quick question." He jigged a pointing finger between them, eenie-meenie-miney-moe style. "Which one's signing up for the public humiliation tourney?"

Sheffer glared up at the boy, but no more projectiles were thrown, controlling himself.

"I am," he growled. "And it'd be nice to see you join yourself. Be interesting how you hold up when you're not trying to run away when you find yourself in a fight."

He showed a small smirk, taking on a more challenging attitude, standing straighter. "Think the gloves would be a bit too big for ya, though."

Mako was letting loose a stream of uncharacteristic profanity in the background.

"Aah, tch, yeah, running away," sighed Seven thoughtfully in response to Sheffer, shaking his head. "Only electrocuted you, shot you,... and nearly drowned you all with millions of liters of seawater before I left with my objective," the boy bragged, but in a tone that implied he lamented the inadequacy of his actions. "Would you've preferred I stay around to kill you so you wouldn't have to live with the shame?"

He clucked his tongue.

"The real good-guys—like me—show mercy when they can." He tilted his head back and smiled broadly as he looked down his nose at the lot of them. "You know?"

The tortoise had already adopted a similarly dramatic pose to Seven, but at the same time, opposite-- looking up, rather than down, clenched fists at his sides. The very fact Seven's shameful presence continued to haunt him and his crew was insult enough. It took a great deal of patience to not reach behind him and throw a Power Something at the lamp post he stood upon. Even so, through all his typical melodrama, a very real kind of irritation scrawled itself on Tank's face, as shown by his subtly squinted eyes and drawn lower lip.

"Conseeder eet shown," he spat, before turning his head to Jack, and his back to Seven. Bigger man, indeed. "Sheliff, please lead the way."

"Well... " Juneau simply attempt his best to not really get involved in the ensuring hostilities between the new arrival and his brief flight traveling companions, whom now we beginning to seem to be trouble when it came to humans.., Well, at least this human. ".. I'm not entirely sure what any of this is about... So I'll take this as my cue to... head over there.... "

He wasn't really talking to any one in particular.. but spoke none the less prior to heading towards which ever lift was closest, that is, if there was more than one.

With not enough swear words to express his frustration, Mako merely gave up at this point ... but not without:

"How the heck would you nearly drown a shark?" It wasn't yelled, just a normal tone of voice, frustration and annoyance simply bleeding through. Yes, he was going to argue semantics-- he had said "all", and Mako was not a a fish known for his witty comebacks.

He grumbled and turned to the Sheriff, Tank, and the rest of his posse. "I'm with Tank," he grumbled. "Let's just go, guys. I'd rather get mugged."

A little disappointed that his sarcastic camaraderie didn't get a response, Hoji didn't say much else as the kid continued to gloat and talk about their previous encounter. Looking back, Hoji had a hard time not chuckling at how they somehow managed to keep him occupied long enough to forget about his own trap.

Then the boy referred to himself as the real good guy. This was met with a confused cant of the ice blue raccoon's head. Needless to say, he was on the same boat as Kazz and Tank, wanting not to escalate things just yet. He nodded to Kazz in agreement.

"I would like to kick back a bit before the tournament." He added before looking at their agitator with an absent lift of his hand into the air toward him, only to let it flop back to his side. "Catch ya later, Eggman Jr."

Jack stared up at the Seven then slowly shook her head. She started heading towards where she knew the casino's to be.

"We a tower of a turtle with us, Mako. Ain't no one gonna mug a group with this guy here, an if someone does they'll be in fer a worlda hurt. Just don't mosey off on yer own." She was relaxing, as her drawl came on much stronger as she made her way into the city.

Once they'd started towards the casino, she glanced back at the others, then asked what had been on her mind. "Anyone else not surprised Eggboy is here? And anyone else reckon he's just the trouble we know 'bout?"

Target waved before trailing off behind Jack, glancing around, at some point she'd seen fit to put on a sequin mini skirt instead of her normal denim, the sad part was the shiny little beads looked better with her metallic body.
