Hello. It's good to be here, this looks like a great place. A place with standards, creativity, history, activity... Felt like I had to join.

And I've been wanting to find a good use for my one character. Got the form filled out below. I did it at 5 AM in the morning so if it's kinda...dumb, let me know.

What is your character's name?

>Tyra Gulo.

Species?

>Wolverine.

Age?

>20.

Give us a couple paragraphs of general info about your character. For example, what's the character's personality like? What kind of things does he or she do? Why does he or she do it? (Please don't give us your character's point-by-point life history, though.)

>Tyra is impatient, impulsive, and temperamental in behavior, letting her emotions, desires, and whims lead her around. She's gruff, brash, easily agitated, and shows little consideration for anyone besides herself. Despite her hostility, Tyra is usually capable of keeping calm enough for the sake of regular socializing, but she isn't a fan of chit-chat and doesn't know how to handle people being friendly with her. Outside of her regular antisocial attitude, she also has a hair-trigger temper that can send her berserk, a bad combination with her violent tendencies and stubbornness. Regardless of her poor social skills, Tyra's enthusiastic and energetic when she's genuinely interested in something, and when she's put to the test, that enthusiasm turns into a need to prove herself–she can't stand losing, she never wants to admit she's wrong, and she hates to back down from a personal challenge. It's not easy for her to ignore her pride.

Tyra makes an effort to take care of herself, physically. She enjoys exercise and competitive sports as hobbies, but she doesn't restrict her diet at all. Though she's far from a flirt, and despite her scrappy personality, she also makes an effort to take care of her appearance; she insists she's quite good-looking and prides herself on it. Tyra is also, though she denies it, kind of a moron and barely thinks things through; oddly, she does have a knack for improvising and making snap decisions on the fly, and her intuition has saved her many times in the past, but otherwise, she's not that clever, and some of her spontaneous ideas are devoid of real logic or sanity. She doesn't talk about her history, and doesn't want anyone to know where she's from or what she used to do. Tyra looks shady, she knows it, but as far as she is concerned it doesn't matter as long as she keeps a tight lid on everything. Whatever it was, it taught her how to hurt people and enjoy it. She's new in the area, having only drifted in a few months ago, and she still barely knows her way around.

Does your character have any skills or special abilities, a gimmick, or anything that makes it stand out as an athlete or fighter? If so, talk a little about it here. Be sure to include an explanation or origin story for anything unusual, extraordinary, or supernatural.

>Tyra is pretty plain; she first picked up her fighting skills at a young age in street fights, which she honed as the years went on. She soon found “practical” uses for her abilities and met people who taught her a few tricks; she uses a mix of boxing and wrestling techniques for hammering her opponents. Of course, no one taught her anything about fighting fair.

Does your character have any purpose? (It's okay if you don't have this fully figured out yet, but all the better if your character does have an agenda or some sort of driving force to it to make it interact with other characters.)

>Tyra hasn't done much other than focus on herself since her arrival; she hasn't found a job and has been living out of cheap hotels, a lifestyle that she's quickly tired of. Truth be told, Tyra wants to start her life over, but she's not sure where to go. She may not have a real purpose yet, but she's looking for one. She's always tried to get her hands on the biggest slice of the pie whenever she had the chance.

Does your character have an image? You can post it here, if so (as long as you follow the rules mentioned in the character guidelines). If not, please write a description of your character's appearance.

>Tyra is around 116 cm tall, and weighs around 29 kg. Being a wolverine, she has round ears on the top of her head, and a short tail. She maintains a very fit and athletic build while also taking care of her curvaceous figure. Her fur and hair are the same color, a deep reddish-fuchsia called raspberry rose. Her hair is around medium-length and naturally curly, but she keeps it tied back in a ponytail most of the time. Her eyes are a crisp blue-gray, though on very sunny days they're usually hidden behind a pair of very cheap shades. There is a noticeable nick on her left ear and a long scar that runs up her left upper arm, from just below the shoulder to just past the elbow. Tyra is inclined towards sportswear, to suit her active lifestyle, but also likes casual clothes for comfort. Her favored outfit is a waterproof orange track jacket with black track pants, and black running shoes. She does change her style to match the seasons though, switching to running shorts and tanktops and tees in warmer weather. But when she knows that things are going to be rough, she'll go for a pair of rugged jeans.

Will you be around to play your character regularly? (i.e. Keeping daily tabs on any threads you involve yourself in, and posting whenever it's your turn?)

>Most likely. I take college classes online and I am, admittedly, easily distracted, but I should be able to keep daily tabs and post when appropriate most of the time.

Do you live in or near the Americas, or elsewhere? (It may be difficult for you to participate in any of the fast-moving sessions if you're only online when the rest of the group is asleep, so we ask this just to be aware of any potential problems.)

>Yes, I live in the Americas, in the Midwest.

Are you okay with having your character information and image on this website (such as on the wiki)?

>Yup.

What is your name? (Don't post your last name! This forum isn't private!)

>Charles, but you can call me Chaz if my username isn't cool enough. Same number of letters.

Aaand this one moves on to the wiki stage. Feel free to start editing your wiki whenever. Not much to say here in terms of critique or comment — it looks like it'll work out fine. You may want to expound upon what she's capable of in the "ability info" section, but otherwise, consensus is that you are good to get rolling.

Tyra

Be sure to let someone know when you're done editing your wiki so it can be stamped and added to the list!
