New Sheriff for Yellow Desert

This week the famed Sheriff Jack of the Yellow Desert Sheriff's Department resigned from her post, promoting Senior Deputy Antony 'Tiny' Conner (who's anything but tiny) to the now vacant position. Jack, who became famous for her efforts to save lives locally and abroad while the town of Yellow Desert was being rebuilt after a devastating explosion from an Eggman attack, was vague on what she will be doing with herself now that she is no longer sheriff.

"I'm leaving to pursue personal interests," former Sheriff Jack said when asked about the reason for her departure from her position, adding, "Yellow Desert will be in good hands with Sheriff Tiny."

Sheriff Conner had this to say on the sudden promotion: "It's an honor to take Jack's place as Sheriff. I have some big, girly boots to fill, but I'll continue to uphold the high standard Jack has."

When asked if she'd continue vigilante activities as she did prior to the Eggman Empire, she responded with only, "So far I only plan on doing a bit of traveling."
