It pains me to say this, but we're done. Thank you to those who have participated and followed along these many years. We had a lot of fun, and your contributions will be remembered for a long time to come.
Strangers and visitors of the future, please respect what is ours. If there is anything in the form of writing or rules you'd like to borrow for your own RP, please e-mail me on the gmail account "onsoku" for permission. Chances are I'll grant it if you are a nice, intelligent person, and agree to just a few small stipulations regarding proper crediting method. But please, leave our characters alone. All fan-made, original, non-SEGA characters, character art, and concepts remain property of their respective creators. Please show respect and don't try to take any of them for your own use.
I hope that some of us will be able to move on and have some more fun writing hobbies in the future. No matter what, we'll stay in touch, and this group will live on, even if it has nothing to do with RP.
I love you guys. God bless.
-M

“Any kind of competitive sport is bound to have danger in some form or fashion," Vince is quoted as saying in response to media inquiry, "my choice to take things to the stars is hardly out of line.”
Running an Extreme Gear race is a common enough event, but Vince says he’s determined to turn the sport on its ear with a new spin — setting the whole event in space. Space is no stranger to anyone familiar with Vince’s enterprises, with the recent launch of a third in Vince’s line of luxury Space Hotels, the porcupine seems bent on reaching for the stars. None of his hotels’ guests itineraries, however, have included space walking up to this point.
All this seems set to change, as any extreme gear racers who have competed on an inter-island level or can pass a maneuverability challenge are allowed to enter the race. After two weeks of training with the Zero-G series of the Extreme Gears designed to work without gravity, they will be allowed into a specially designed race-course built to run from the newest of the three space hotels, ‘The Comet Trails Hotel,’ to a waiting shuttle on the other side of the asteroid field left by the revealing of the space station ARK, several years ago, by international terrorist, Dr. Eggman.
GUN has allowed temporary access to the lower levels of the space station, for the judges to… [ cont. on page 3, 'orbital' ]
