It pains me to say this, but we're done. Thank you to those who have participated and followed along these many years. We had a lot of fun, and your contributions will be remembered for a long time to come.

Strangers and visitors of the future, please respect what is ours. If there is anything in the form of writing or rules you'd like to borrow for your own RP, please e-mail me on the gmail account "onsoku" for permission. Chances are I'll grant it if you are a nice, intelligent person, and agree to just a few small stipulations regarding proper crediting method. But please, leave our characters alone.All fan-made, original, non-SEGA characters, character art, and concepts remain property of their respective creators. Please show respect and don't try to take any of them for your own use.

I hope that some of us will be able to move on and have some more fun writing hobbies in the future. No matter what, we'll stay in touch, and this group will live on, even if it has nothing to do with RP.

I love you guys. God bless.

Hello everyone. I'm the resident noob around here, with a question;

How do you guys feel about characters that are, more or less, 'Sonicivised' versions of inanimate objects? I've seen the concept explored on Deviantart before, I'm just wondering whether or not they are allowed here.

Why, you ask? Well, here's why:

Please excuse my crappy coloring. These little buggers' names are Ben Aural Tone II and Barry Tone. They're amplifiers. That's right, the kind you plug your guitar into to make it louder. Their designs aren't the most accurate, however, and I realize that. They have strings on their chest and little plugs for tails because they were originally designed to be bass guitars. However, as I outfitted them with powers, having them as bass guitars no longer fit for them, so I changed them to objects that project sound rather than produce it. They look, act and behave like animals, the only thing that's changed is their powers of musical empathy.

I was wondering if characters like these are acceptable. I would really like to see these two in action, I just need the grace of the admins to make it possible.

Thanks in advance for reviewing,

It admittedly hasn't come up before, so it isn't in the rules, yet. Robots are allowed, yes, even bizarre, quirky, and personable ones, but if you're talking about inanimate objects actually being hedgehog-looking living beings, then I think it's safe for me to make an executive decision on behalf of the whole management and say no. We aren't dead-serious and realistic around here, but that's a little further into non-sequitur territory than I'd personally like to see us venture.

Gotcha. Thank you very much. I'll consider another character then.
