I'd like to see if I could get a stat increase for Jack.

I've also updated Jacks wiki (unrelated to this request) I just wanted an moddy-admin to take a look in case I changed something I shouldn't have. I've also posted a news thread as well, which is related to said change to profile. which needs a moddy-admin to approve before becoming visible.

No beef with increasing her stars from me. But do remember that the stars don't really work on a "let's just increase it by however much for whatever reasonable reason" basis, and you do have to pick specific ones that are already on the list in the star ratings article so that it remains clear and meaningful to everyone who reads it.

That said, if I break it down, here's what I think Jack has: +2 for athletic build, +1.5 for toughened, +1.5 for trained fighter. So she's already got as much "toughening" as she can get in that regard, and there aren't any half-star increases in toughness except fire and electricity resistance. You could maybe add 1.5 for "no pain"...

... or, alternatively, we could just update the system again and add another tier of "toughened" since it seems this has come up a couple times in the past. I will consider how this may affect other characters and get back to you. Stars = srs bsnss clearly. (In all seriousness, though, if no one else posts any objections, we'll just make it so.)



As for other profile changes, er'rything looks fine to me. Did a typo sweep and updated the approved tag.

I was looking at the stars prior to posting. :/ Maybe another tier of toughened might make sense. But I don't think I could give her no pain. I'd rather not upgrade her at all if that's what I'd have to do.

I actually already went and added the tier. So if nobody objects in a day or so, go ahead and add it. Some others with characters who have suffered even more abuse (like myself, and probably Greens) will probably have some star-tweaking to do later, but we'll see.

I don't think anybody's going to object. I added it for you. I'm gonna go ahead and add it to other characters to whom it should be applicable by default while I'm at it.
