Part 1: The Basics
1. What is your full name?
Erica Langes for the record. Just, don’t call me that. I go by Ember for a reason!
2. Where and when were you born?
Some little halftown place. Dull, boring, lame, more words like that.
3. Who are/were your parents?
Marget and Jock. Bank Teller and Fire Fighter. You can imagine the fun work topics.
4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
Only child! I guess I was a little too much to handle. Ha!
5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
Some kinda...place. I wouldn’t call it a house. Barely a building! I’m just chilling out with a friend and kinda er-helping him with some stuff.
6. What is your occupation?
Professional Slacker according to my mother.
7. Write a full physical description of yourself.
You see these feathers? That isn’t just red. That is crimson. A little gold too nestled in a few spots. Now, that isn’t just it. Though my beak is a bit cracked, it still outranks just about anything. Beauty right there.
Otherwise...I’m built like a stick. Stinks man.
8. To which social class do you belong?
Half the time I’m a bum.
9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
Uh, not that I know of! I kinda sneeze when there’s pollen though.

Leftie all the way! I try to switch them up sometimes but usually stick with left.
11. What does your voice sound like?
Anything I want it to! Wanna see?

I like saying, ‘cool’, man. LIke, all the dang time man.

Shoot, let’s see. Um, mini-can of spray cheese. Always important. Bit of lighter fluid ehehee. Some change and a little family photo.

Some people say I smell like cheese. There’s also the whole ‘firebug’ thing I guess. But whatever. Peeps just like throwing labels after knowing ya for a day.
Part 2: Growing Up
15. How would you describe your childhood in general?
Pretty swell! Nothing really wrong with it. I was just a normal kid blah blah.
16. What is your earliest memory?
I think my dad telling me a story. I wasn’t sure what it was about but I remember he had just taken off his boots and I was wearing them while he talked. It was...great.
17. How much schooling have you had?
Eh, I ditched halfway through highschool.
18. Did you enjoy school?
If I did, I wouldn’t have ditched. Stupid question geez.
19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
Here and there. I picked up a few things from my dad about life and stuff. Know I learned most everything from that little stint as a circus clown.
Plus, freeing a giant firebird really perked up my life.
20. While growing up, did you have any role models? If so, describe them.
Mostly, my dad. He was just so awesome! I mean, I wanted to just be him honestly.
21. While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?
My mother and I don’t see eye to eye really so it got tough at times.
22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Firefighter duh.
23. As a child, what were your favorite activities?
Eh, mostly hanging down at the station when my dad was too busy to chase me off. The guys there were pretty nice and I learned tons of great jokes.
That and er, a little property destruction at night.
24. As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?
I dunno, headstrong? My mother would always say that. Loud was another. Personally, I kinda agree!
25. As a child, were you popular? Who were your friends, and what were they like?
Eh, I wasn’t popular but I sure wasn’t some weirdo loser kid. My pals were alright but I wasn’t super close to any.
26. When and with whom was your first kiss?
Well, honestly some chick thought I was a guy and well-it didn’t end well. I learned not to wear really baggy clothes after that day.

Okay. Either the day I joined the circus or the time I freed a freakin Phoenix who gave me this super fine bracelet of fire powers!

My dad. Hands down.
31. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Learning how to not burn my beak off.
32. What is your greatest regret?
I should’a...took something slower.

Evil? Nah, I’m a little saint.

Now, why would I even tell you that? Geez!

Almost drowning in a tidal wave from hell. I still have nightmares!

Hard to say. Once I vomited all over a teacher. That’s pretty close!
37. If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?
Prolly, would have apologized to someone. It doesn’t really matter anymore though does it?

Being able to bring up flames just from thinking. That is pretty dang special.

Almost drowning. It really sticks with ya.

Optimistic!

Water. Can’t swim, don’t want to swim, don’t want to even bathe sometimes.

Er, I’ve never really thought about it. I mean, I guess I could? If they really deserve it. But, what really deserves death? Its just a big mess. Sometimes though, I think it’ll be interesting to do. I mean like, not really interesting or fun but just something! Ugh, next question this is stupid.

I dunno, hurt someone who trusted them?

Ha, no way. Its a bit bunch of nonsense.

Being happy!

Nah, it just creates a big mess later on.

I’m pretty opened minded! Though, I kinda got a problem with eating meat. I really can’t stand the thought of it!

I used to say there was some stuff. Lately though? I’m not sure really.

People I really dig. If I care for someone I don’t want nothing to happen to them man.

Man, if some person is a rudeass I’m going to be a rudeass right back. Same with being nice! I also figure its best to just offer a hug sometimes.

My dad. He has his life under control and manages to be such a nice guy! I mean heck, he’s a hero!

Right now, I’ve got a few. Mostly sweet ol’ Jacky. Haven’t seen her for ages though. Otherwise, this big mass of dull thick-headed muscle works well for a friend. At least he listens.

You gotta be fun! I mean, I do like a rough looking guy. Just something about a man that’s big and bad just is amazing.

I call home once in awhile. Eh, I kinda need to do it again. My mom is probably freaking out right now. I’ll do it tomorrow.

Nope, never, no.

Mostly my parents I guess. Yeah, they kinda worry and smother but heck, they do help.

Part 6: Likes And Dislikes
70. What is/are your favorite hobbies and pastimes?
I like playing around with fire. Its just kinda calming and lets my mind relax. Another thing is cleaning. Lame? Yeah, but it makes me feel better and keeps my mind off certain things.
71. What is your most treasured possession?
My dad gave me this old lighter once. Its still at home though, but its just awesome even if it doesn’t work.
72. What is your favorite color?
Blue! You know a flame’s hot when its blue.
73. What is your favorite food?
Cheese. No contest there. I could go and list off all the kinds I love to stuff into my beak but I’ll just get hungry.
74. What, if anything, do you like to read?
Gossip rags can be fun to poke at.

Just hanging around with friends and maybe a bonfire to lay around. Marshmallows are a plus of course.

Nope! Even if I did, I wouldn’t have the money.

Usually, I like tramping out to a club or something. A little shaking and smoozing is the best. Maybe dancing too.

Well, it isn’t your face for sure. Your rump is kinda shocking though. Gross man.

Eh, clean I guess. Or have a bit of fun maybe.

Nothing works better than a good burn-down.

Part 7: Self Images And Etc.
84. Describe the routine of a normal day for you. How do you feel when this routine is disrupted?
Sleep. Sleep some more. Then it all depends on what I feel like doing. Usually eating some grub and crawl around town for a bit looking for some fun.
85. What is your greatest strength as a person?
My sparkling and warm personality!

Sometimes I don’t think before I act. But whatever man.
87. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Is it too much to ask for some curves? Or something?

I like keeping everything tidy if I can. Makes it easier.

Well, I’m not good at staying on task. I kinda panic at times and lack self-control. However, I’m really good at being there when you need it, even when you don’t! Also, I make a mean nancho dip. Also, my voices aren’t something to be rivaled.

Most of the time. Sometimes, its hard.
92. What are your reasons for being an adventurer (or doing the strange and heroic things that RPG characters do)? Are your real reasons for doing this different than the ones you tell people in public? (If so, detail both sets of reasons...)
Because life is boring so end it on a high note.
93. What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime?
Hrm, maybe setting off a record for something fire-related. I’m mostly fire-proof now so there’s plenty of options!
94. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
If I’m not dead by then, mostly the same thing. Only with better hair.
95. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
In a blaze of firey glory! Maybe setting off some rockets at the same time.

Chill with some pals, gorge myself on food, and then just die in said blaze of glory. After picking up some fireworks of course.

‘Wow, this bird was crazy. Also hot.’
