As some of you have no doubt noticed, there is a new forum available in the RPing section called "Headline News." This is going to be mostly a utility thing, to very briefly summarize the events of major threads, as well as state events that are going on in the background of the story. Hopefully, it'll help keep people up to speed on the things that should be general knowledge in our RP world.

That being said, here's some basic info.

- Not all articles are actually written out. If the article is in [brackets], then it is assumed to be an out-of-character summary of what the article said, so that we don't actually have to sit around and pretend we're news writers. That would get very tiring.
- They can be written out, however, if the person writing the article wishes to.
- That said, any member can write an article. The more we have, the more "alive" the world will probably feel, so don't be shy.
- Articles don't have to be dead serious, nor do they need to always be about mega-important things. They can be about anything. As a rule of thumb, the only requirement is that an article should be one or more of the following: important (as in, universally notable), entertaining, interesting, or all of the above. As long as it has at least one of those qualities, it's a welcome addition.
