Casey had been frozen to the spot, watching the tensions unfold with dread. But, then, all at once, it seemed to... settle. "Let's just all cool off, maybe get some drinks, take our seats," Casey figuratively and literally deflated, sidling back toward their designated seating row. He motioned for the others to go on in (as he would be... better suited to sitting somewhere on the end, given his girth.) "Besides, I've never heard these kids sing," he muttered in addition. Still trying to ease over the general tension, as well as Geoff's palpable discomfort, the hog suddenly cheerily blurted, "Who wants an orange whip?" He pointed at Geoff. "Orange whip?" Then Ace. "Orange whip?" |

Without any prior relationship with the performing monkeys, Ivan didn't really empethize with the agenda that Geoff was so clearly holding onto. That being said, Ivan was never one to shy away from potential law-breaking activity. He nodded intently as Pax listed their available options, although he made it pretty clear that he didn't exactly have a plan laid out. As the conversation moved to Ace and Jack reigning in the wild hedgehog's plans for revenge, Ivan got distracted by the scenery. Or in the case of scenery he cared about, lack there-of. "'Cause fer alarm' be right... Where be all the booze?" His ears perked up though, when he heard Casey say something about drinks. Obviously, he just didn't know where to get these drinks. He looked over at the boar, directing the question to him now. |

"Aahhh... tempting," sighed Ace, scratching at the space behind his ears. "But I think I oughta stay sober for now." Still, it wasn't entirely a note he'd want to end on, and he walked his way towards the hedgehog before planting a palm on his shoulder. "You'll have your chance, Geoff, don't worry," Ace assured. His crossed arms dropped, but he still sounded about as confident as he did in anything. "Remember, this isn't Seven we're dealin' with; it's Rock. He's not gonna run from the thought of a fight-- not when he's got the entire Eggman army on his side." He appeared to think about something for a moment with his eyes veering to an upper corner, but seemed to reach a conclusion before long. "...On that note," he added (and sliding off his hand), "It'd be best if we all chill out for now, an' get our business sorted out later." "An', yeah, I wanna hear th'm play too." |

"Three orange whips," declared Casey under his breath, acknowledging Ivan's ever-present interest in cocktails while deciding to get Geoff one whether he wanted it or not just on the principle of the matter. He trundled up the aisle and away to get their refreshments. |

Casey wouldn't get very far before finding his path blocked by a talking, precariously stacked mountain of... everything anyone had ever sold at a concert: Nachos, glowsticks, t-shirts, programs, hot dogs, and of course, drinks in gaudy, plastic, several foot-long sports bottles with hefty reusable bendy straws. Somewhere underneath it all was their missing porter, absolutely giddy with excitement over her first western concert. "Mr. Casey!" cried the mound of merch and concessions eagerly. "In seeking public conveniences I find table shops for mementos of occasion instead! Is very interesting!" |

Even with the reassurances, Geoff managed to remain suddenly very quiet, not trusting whatever words would come out of his mouth this time. Perhaps silence was the best route for now, a conclusion he received as he simply nodded at the serval's words before brushing past him to take a seat, not even acknowledging Casey's offers. It wasn't out of him being rude, but more like of an abrupt need to cut himself off from the others' activity for the moment being. With that in mind, he sat down, not giving his full attention to anything in particular. |

The serval watched him stroll on, grumbling inaudibly in his throat before sparing a glance in Casey's direction. "Act'ally, y'know what? I'll take his." |

Tyra had seen fit to make herself comfortable in her cheap seat, or as well as she could. She was considerate enough to move her legs out of the way so others could take their seats past her, at the very least, but the wolverine still didn't look like she was in a talking mood, sparing the others only brief glances. She yawned, eyelids drooping. She hated waiting. "This show better be good," she muttered to herself. Pax, meanwhile, remained standing, watching the others go to their seats. The tension in the air was still swirling around his head, and the preoccupied frown on his face still persisted. He shook his head a bit, a weak attempt at breaking out of whatever fog was clouding his mind. After a period of silence where the canine only stood there, he deeply sighed like he was trying to breathe his worries out, and quietly headed off towards the hotel lobby. |

The hog halted and stared agape at the loris, his hand raised with the futility of one gesturing for an out-of-control locomotive to stop. His gaze climbed the souvenir pile as if it were some dread fortress. "Did— did you already spend all the money I gave you?" he croaked painfully. |

"Not all," replied Lattie cheerily, dropping the non-perishable portion of her haul into Casey's seat. "Not even most or half! I barter shrewdly, and receive much of the logo bearing goods for without charge!" The loris beamed proudly, still clutching a round of ridiculous drink vessels, sloshing with a miscolored, unidentifiable liquid; there seemed to be one for everything. "Only expensive item was colorful tall cup drink! Not sure what is the flavor," she mused curiously, holding one up illustratively, and pointing about eight or nine inches below the lid. "But refreshment merchant say I won't care by the time drink is around here." |

*Tacktacktack!* Jam's dressing room door rattled then instantly swung open a crack wide enough for a bright red mohawked head (and the ridiculous assortment of piercings attached to it) to poke inside, bright-eyed and excited. "It's time!" declared Jared brightly. "We gotta— oh, you aren't wearin' the poster pants?" he quizzically added, his brows squinching up. "False advertising! We'll be lynched!" |

Back in the venue, Desmond sat quietly in his seat, observing the familiar group as they strolled in and began talking amongst one another. As more people began crowding in though, he lost track of them and simply turned his view back to the stage. With a simple turn of a knob, he increased the volume of the music he was already listening to, and shut off his hearing from whatever noise the crowd would continue to ensue. Taking notice to the wolverine's sudden appearance however, he turned his attention to... well the back of her head, and just continued to stare to see her either turn around and talk, or just simply ignore him and look onward. There wasn't a specific interest in her at all... He was simply... bored. "We´re on the one road..." he continued singing to himself as he patted his guitar case like a drum set. "We`re Singin´ a soldiers song..." |

"Yannooo," began Jam, just a touch on the tetchy side as she slithered past the ketchup-red monkey. "Contrary to what you and Boogie think, no one sitting out there paid a hundred rings to see a pair of pants." She pulled on a pair of short, fingerless gloves as she juked around Jared, and flounced off toward the curtain with transparent sheepishness, mumbling to herself as she went. With a grin that was just a little too self-satisfied, Boogie sauntered over to his bandmate, hands hanging at his sides in invisible pockets. "If she really thought that," the obnoxious(ly green) simian prefaced, coasting to a stop next to a closed trunk. He kicked it once illustratively, and his toothy smile spread. "She wouldn'a brought 'em." With a hearty clap on Jared's shoulder (which poor Lester could barely reach), he sprang out the door, calling over his shoulder, "Let's turn goat pee into gas!" ...Ah, from the mouths of babes. |

Jack calmed down as soon as Geoff did, she tilted her hat back as she watched him trudge to his seat. She felt bad for having to get so firm with him, but she knew he'd be running into trouble. With a slow glance around the griffin decided to head to her seat as well, stepping around the eager porter and her collection of novelty items and drinks to slip into the row and sit beside Geoff. She even manged to resist saying anything for a whole minute. "Yer a good guy, Geoff. Stubborn as'a mule, but ya've got a good heart." She said as softly as she could given the volume of the din in the room. "Ya can't focus on the shoulda-woulda-coulda's. Bad things happen, we just gotta pick up the pieces and keep goin'. This'll all get set right, but you ain't ta shoulder this yerself. That's what ya've got friends for." And with that she offered him a sincere smile. |

Geoff had been sitting in a contemplative, defeated silence, his head propped on a fist resting against his cheek, but when Jack decided to occupy the seat next to him, a whole new tension rose. Already he was expecting more stern comments, mentally and physically preparing for the verbal blow. The hedgehog could only find himself surprised upon the griffin's kinder words a second later, however. He closed his eyes, letting yet another sigh escape as he eventually let his gaze move to Jack, and for the second time in only a few short days, he was brought to the point where he was convinced to admit his wrongs to her. "Thanks... Still my fault, though. Bein' this hot-headed," he muttered, cringing. "...I don't like it, how just the thought of 'em is makin' me act like this. Never was this bad, even with Seven." He visibly relaxed then, forcing out at least a grin to compliment her own smile. "But at least you guys are around to reel me in. Guess I'm that reasonable." |
